Prayer for our Benefactors
“Lord, You have blessed us with generous benefactors.
Our life, our faith, our family, and everything we have comes from You through others.
We are able to live our lives through the sacrifices consented by others towards us.
Bless our benefactors, Lord
Reward them by enriching their lives Your graces.
Grant them the special favors they ask of You for themselves and for their families.
Open their hearts to the blessings You want to give them.
We ask this through Christ, our Lord.
Amen!”
Prayers for Vocation
“Father,
You want all men and women to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth.
Send workers to your harvest.
Give them to speak your word boldly, so that your Gospel may spread and shed its light.
May all nations recognize you, the only true God,
and He whom you have sent, your Son, Jesus Christ, Our Lord.
Bless the work of the Society of African Missions,
and inspire many young people to dedicate their lives at the service of the peoples of Africa as members of the Society.
We ask this through Christ, our Lord.

Prayer for the Canonisation of our Founder
“Lord God,
You called Melchior de Marion Brésillac to serve you.
To make you known and loved you sent him to India and then to Africa.
For you, he gave everything, even his very life.
Guided by your Word, he was a missionary from the bottom of his heart.
He cared for the poor, the sick and the abandoned.
He sought to build a Local Church with a well-formed and respected Clergy.
We pray that, through the intercession of this great servant of mission,
We will receive the graces we need (in particular…)
